Современные позиции b-адреноблокаторов в кардиологической практике с позиции медицины доказательств

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются вопросы о применении b-адреноблокаторов (БАБ) в клинической практике. Представлены данные о влиянии БАБ на снижение риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений – инфаркта миокарда, сердечной недостаточности. Обсуждается место БАБ в лечении артериальной гипертонии. Показаны преимущества селективных БАБ в лечении кардиоваскулярных заболеваний.
