Влияние аффективных расстройств на течение ишемической болезни сердца: современная модель патогенеза депрессии, патофизиологические и поведенческие механизмы

Аннотация
Распространенность депрессивных расстройств на популяционном уровне составляет от 2,5 до 10%, среди больных с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС) – 20%. Наличие депрессивных расстройств у больных с ИБС приводит к гиперсимпатикотонии, снижению вагусной активности, дисфункции эндотелия и свертывающей системы крови, утяжеляя течение заболевания. Наиболее значимыми теориями патофизиологического механизма увеличения смертности у больных с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями в сочетании с аффективными расстройствами являются повышенное тромбообразование и нарушения вегетативной регуляции ритма сердца.
