Дефицит витаминов группы В принимает участие в патогенезе целого ряда заболеваний центральной и периферической нервной системы. Витамины этой группы являются одними из наиболее часто применяемых в неврологии препаратов. Широко известным показанием к назначению витаминов группы В является болевой синдром при нейропатиях, так как считается, что они обладают собственным анальгетическим действием. Накоплен большой опыт клинического применения витаминов группы В и довольно хорошо изучена их клиническая эффективность: проведено более 100 исследований, посвященных как отдельному, так и совместному применению витаминов В1, В6 и В12 и их сочетанию с анальгетиками в комплексной терапии болевого синдрома. В статье обобщены данные экспериментальных работ и клинических исследований эффективности терапии витаминами группы В заболеваний периферической нервной системы и болевого синдрома, а также приведен клинический случай терапии алкогольной полинейропатии инъекционным препаратом Нейромультивит.
Deficiency of B vitamins takes part in the pathogenesis of a number of diseases central and peripheral nervous system. The vitamins of this group are among the the most commonly used drugs in neurology. A widely known indication for the appointment of vitamins of group B is a pain syndrome in neuropathies, that they have their own analgesic effect. A lot of experience has been accumulated clinical application of B vitamins and their clinical effectiveness: more than 100 studies were conducted on both the individual and joint use of vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and their combination with analgesics in the complex therapy of pain syndrome. The article summarizes the data of experimental works and clinical studies of the effectiveness of vitamin B group therapy for peripheral nervous system and pain syndrome, as well as a clinical case of therapy аlcoholic polyneuropathy with injectable drug Neuromultivit.
