Аннотация
Угревая болезнь выявляется более чем у 85% подростков, однако часто встречается и в более зрелом возрасте [1]. Акне вызывает социальные, психологические и эмоциональные нарушения, которые аналогичны по тяжести эпилепсии, астме, сахарному диабету и артриту [2]. Пациенты, страдающие этим заболеванием, склонны к социальной изоляции и повышенной тревожности [3, 4]. Систематический обзор 16 исследований у подростков выявил негативное влияние акне на все аспекты качества жизни, повышение уровня клинической депрессии вплоть до суицида, причем чаще у женщин [5]. Ранняя коррекция акне является важной задачей не только для решения медицинских проблем, но и для улучшения уровня социального функционирования данной группы пациентов.
