Аннотация
Сахарный диабет является заболеванием, связанным с развитием разных осложнений. Диабетическая нейропатия – одно из наиболее тяжелых осложнений. Рассмотрены ключевые звенья патогенеза диабетической нейропатии. Подчеркивается значимость раннего выявления и лечения хронических осложнений сахарного диабета. Обсуждаются подходы к терапии диабетической нейропатии, включающие применение витаминов группы В.
