Адекватность управления послеоперационной болью является одним из наиболее важных факторов в лечении пациента и предотвращении осложнений и основным условием реализации программы активной послеоперационной реабилитации. Результаты многочисленных зарубежных и отечественных исследований позволяют рассматривать декскетопрофен в качестве препарата выбора в группе ненаркотических анальгетиков для послеоперационной аналгезии.
