Аннотация
В публикации рассматриваются вопросы адъювантной (неантимикробной) терапии при внебольничной пневмонии. Приводится анализ эффективности применения различных лекарственных средств (муколитики, нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты, системные глюкокортикостероиды, иммуноглобулины и пр.) и аппаратных методов воздействия на грудную клетку при внебольничной пневмонии, даются рекомендации по их клиническому применению.
