Аннотация
Представлено клиническое наблюдение, в котором сопоставляются показатели плечевого артериального и центрального артериального давления в аорте с субклиническими повреждениями органов-мишеней. Высказывается мнение, что центральное артериальное давление в аорте как показатель сосудистого старения целесообразно оценивать не только у больных эссенциальной гипертензией, но и у всех людей после 50 лет.
