Аннотация
Кашель – наиболее частый симптом как в амбулаторной, так и госпитальной практике. Мультифакторность кашля усложняет его этиологическую диагностику, особенно в условиях первичной врачебной помощи. В статье приведены современные данные о различном генезе кашля в зависимости от его длительности, клинических особенностей, продемонстрированы результаты собственных исследований, рассмотрены алгоритмы диагностики при кашле у детей. Особенно актуальной и практически востребованной является разработка клинических рекомендаций по дифференциальной диагностике заболеваний, сопровождающихся длительным кашлем в детском возрасте, что определяет дифференцированную терапию.
Ключевые слова: дети, затяжной и хронический кашель, алгоритмы дифференциальной диагностики.
