Аннотация

Интерстициальные поражения легких привлекают внимание клиницистов и лучевых диагностов всего мира сходством клинических симптомов и рентгенологических проявлений наряду с разнообразием патоморфологических вариантов болезни. Именно этим объясняются трудности клинико-рентгенологической диагностики и дифференциации данной группы заболеваний легких. Данная статья посвящена идиопатическому фиброзу легких.

Ключевые слова:интерстициальные болезни легких, идиопатический легочный фиброз, обычная интерстициальная пневмония, диагностика.

Interstitial lung lesions attract the attention of the physicians and radiation physicians around the world similarity of clinical symptoms and radiological manifestations, along with a variety of pathological variants of the disease. This explains the difficulties of clinical and radiological diagnosis and differentiation of this group of lung diseases. This article focuses on the idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
