Аннотация
В статье представлены сведения о клинике, методах диагностики и лечении доброкачественной лимфоплазии кожи, входящей в группу псевдолимфом. Акцентируется внимание на том, что в основе дерматоза лежит реактивная пролиферация лимфоцитов, обусловленная экзогенными и эндогенными провоцирующими факторами, при устранении которых процесс заканчивается выздоровлением. Приведен клинический случай эффективного лечения доброкачественной лимфоплазии кожи на лице внутриочаговым введением бетаметазона дипропионата.
