Гнездная алопеция – иммунозависимое нерубцовое выпадение волос, сопровождающееся выработкой антител к антигенам волосяного фолликула с последующим прерыванием фазы роста и выпадением стержня волоса. В исследовании получен клинический опыт применения аминокислот L-аргинина и L-карнитина как стимуляторов возобновления роста волос у пациентов с гнездной алопецией.

Alopecia areata – immune mediated noncicatrical hair loss, accompanying with production of autoantibodies to the antigens of the hair follicle and subsequent interruption of anagen with further loss of the hair shaft. In our study, we have got clinical experience of oral administration amino acids L-arginine and L-carnitine as inducers of hair regrowth in patients with alopecia areata.
