Аннотация
Гнездная алопеция – иммунозависимое нерубцовое выпадение волос, сопровождающееся выработкой антител к антигенам волосяного фолликула с последующим прерыванием фазы роста и выпадением стержня волоса. В исследовании получен клинический опыт применения аминокислот L-аргинина и L-карнитина как стимуляторов возобновления роста волос у пациентов с гнездной алопецией.
