The article provides literature review as well as clinical case of an antiphospholipid syndrome in a patient after syphilis infection. It discusses difficulties in the diagnostic of antiphospholipid syndrome in patients with phenomenon of seroresistanсe and probable pathogenic correlation between treponema pallidum that is associated with infection and antiphospholipid antibodies production.
