Аннотация
В статье представлены два клинических случая эндоваскулярного протезирования брюшного отдела аорты с применением изготовленных компанией-производителем фенестрированных эндографтов у пациентов с юкста- и параренальной аневризмами брюшной аорты. Проанализированы варианты эндоваскулярных подходов к лечению патологии. На клинических примерах показана специфика выбора и обоснование использования эндоваскулярного метода лечения. Сделан вывод об эффективности примененной методики.
