Аннотация
Хроническая неспецифическая боль в шее (ХНБШ), или цервикалгия, является широко распространенной патологией, значительно снижающей качество жизни пациентов. Считается, что она обусловлена дегенеративно-дистрофическими изменениями позвоночника, а также миофасциальным болевым синдромом. В настоящее время в лечении ХНБШ применяется комплексный подход, включающий кинези- и эрготерапию, мануальную и когнитивно-поведенческую терапию. При неэффективности консервативного метода ведения пациентов прибегают к радиочастотной денервации, являющейся эффективной и безопасной процедурой, способствующей снижению выраженности болевого синдрома. Обсуждаются результаты применения радиочастотной денервации при ХНБШ.
