Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор научных публикаций, посвященных когнитивным аспектам тревожных расстройств (ТР). Основное внимание уделено рассмотрению влияния патологической тревоги на основные исполнительные функции мозга (рабочую память, внимание, когнитивный контроль), а также описанию типичных нарушений метакогнитивных процессов, связанных с ТР. Изложены современные взгляды на основные механизмы патогенеза нейрокогнитивного дефицита при расстройствах аффективного спектра. Рассмотрены походы к терапии ТР и приведены результаты исследований эффективности фармакологической терапии.
