Аннотация
В статье представлен анализ литературы, посвященной патологии внутреннего слухового прохода (ВСП); приведены данные эпидемиологии, гистологическая характеристика, МР- и КТ-паттерны, характерные для различного типа образований. Все патологии ВСП условно дифференцированы на 2 большие группы: 1) патологии, исходящие непосредственно из структур ВСП; 2) прочие патологии, разрушающие ВСП извне (пирамиды височной кости, средней и задней черепной ямок). Отдельное внимание уделено вестибулярной шванноме, холестеатоме, менингиоме, параганглиоме, остеоме, липохористоме – образованиям ВСП, выявленным в клиническом опыте отдела заболеваний уха и основания черепа ФГБУ «НКЦ оториноларингологии»; хирургическая тактика и результаты лечения будут приведены в отдельном клиническом исследовании.
