Аннотация
Статья посвящена важной социально-медицинской проблеме – сексуальному насилию по отношению к детям и подросткам, распространенность которой в последние годы приобретает масштабный характер, в том числе и в России. В статье отражены последствия сексуального насилия: от социальных до медицинских. Приведены собственные данные по исследованию психического здоровья в ранний период после изнасилования, а также изучена эффективность экстренной контрацепции для профилактики нежелательной беременности. В статье приведены практические рекомендации по ведению пациенток, подвергшихся сексуальному насилию.
