Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты рандомизированного слепого плацебо-контролируемого проспективного исследования в параллельных группах. Участие приняли 40 женщин в перименопаузе с симптомами климактерического синдрома, нарушениями менструального цикла и уровнем фолликулостимулирующего гормона более 20 мЕд/мл, которые были случайным образом распределены на 2 группы: женщины, вошедшие в 1-ю группу, получали экстракт плаценты Мэлсмон по 2 мл (100 мг) подкожно через день в течение 2 нед, затем 2 раза в неделю (всего 30 инъекций за 4 мес), 20 пациенток 2-й группы получали плацебо (0,9% раствор хлорида натрия) в аналогичном режиме. В результате проведенного лечения в обеих группах было отмечено существенное снижение модифицированного менопаузального индекса, уменьшение времени засыпания, увеличение продолжительности сна, существенно улучшилась оценка самочувствия. Наряду с этим в 1-й группе женщин, в отличие от группы плацебо, после лечения реже отмечалась депрессия, у большинства пациенток существенно улучшилось состояние кожи. У 32% участниц исследования, получавших экстракт плаценты, и 5% – из группы плацебо восстановились менструации без значимых изменений состояния эндометрия. Ограничением исследования является небольшой размер выборки и лимитированный период наблюдения.
