Аннотация
Смесь озона с кислородом (О3–О2) в соотношении 5% озона и 95% кислорода получила название «медицинский озон». Озонотерапия – это использование озоно-кислородной смеси в лечении широкого спектра заболеваний. В настоящее время она нашла применение в различных отраслях медицины, особенно при лечении гнойных ран, воспалительно-дегенеративных заболеваний, расстройств кровообращения. Низкие концентрации озона, применяемые с лечебной целью, не вызывают развития токсических эффектов. В этом случае озон способен оказывать иммуномодулирующий, противовоспалительный, бактерицидный, противовирусный, фунгицидный, антигипоксический, репаративный и другие эффекты. Озонотерапия показала эффективность при лечении доброкачественных заболеваний шейки матки, в том числе ассоциированных с ВПЧ, что обосновывает перспективы ее дальнейшего исследования в этой области медицины. В случае тяжелой дисплазии озонотерапия может рассматриваться как вспомогательный метод реабилитации, а не замена хирургического лечения.
