Инфекция мочевыводящих путей у детей – распространенное заболевание с возможностью быстрого развития осложнений, что требует безотлагательного начала лечения. Наиболее частым возбудителем является Escherichia coli, резистентность которой за последние годы существенно выросла. Выбор антибиотика определяется резистентностью региональной флоры, широтой действия антибиотика, возможностью манипулирования лекарственной формой, минимальными вероятными побочными действиями, хорошим комплаенсом.
Urinary tract infection in children is a common disease with the possibility of quickly developing complications that require prompt treatment. The most common cause is Escherichia coli, which resistance has grown substantially in recent years. The choice of antibiotic resistance is determined by the regional flora, the breadth of the effect of antibiotics, the possibility of manipulation of the dosage form, the minimum probability of side effects, good compliance.
