Аннотация
Кишечные колики у детей на первом году жизни представляют собой распространенную проблему и становятся причиной повышенной тревожности родителей и многочисленных визитов к врачу-педиатру. Они могут быть, как самостоятельным состоянием и возникать у практически здорового ребенка, так и относиться к числу симптомов заболеваний желудочно-кишечного тракта различной этиологии. При лечении колик эффективным является комплексный подход к проблеме, который включает в себя: своевременное установление причины данного состояния, грамотную организацию питания ребенка и кормящей матери и рациональное использование медикаментозной терапии, в частности, препаратов, уменьшающих газообразование.
