Аннотация
Лихорадка, особенно у детей раннего и младшего возраста, – одна из самых частых причин обращений к педиатрам. Несмотря на то что подавляющее большинство случаев лихорадки вызываются самозавершающимися вирусными респираторными инфекциями, причинами могут быть серьезные бактериальные инфекции, иммунные и онкологические заболевания. В статье обсуждаются проблемы диагностики и дифференциальной диагностики. В качестве симптоматического фармакологического средства на первое место выдвигается ибупрофен.
