Аннотация

Сартаны являются самой молодой группой кардиологических препаратов, которые за короткий период времени заняли прочные позиции в лечении артериальной гипертонии (АГ), хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН), больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда, а также при пароксизмальной форме фибрилляции предсердий, диабетической нефропатии, метаболическом синдроме, что нашло свое отражение в последних рекомендациях ВНОК и международных кардиологических обществ. Сартаны обладают уникальным профилем переносимости во всех применяемых дозовых режимах: при увеличении дозы не происходит увеличения частоты встречаемости побочных эффектов.

Sartans are the youngest group of cardiac drugs that have held, in a short space of time, a firm place in the treatment of essential hypertension (EH), chronic heart failure (CHF), patients with prior myocardial infarction or paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, diabetic nephropathy, metabolic syndrome, which is embodied in the latest recommendations of the All-Russian Scientific Soci-ety of Cardiologists and international societies of cardiology. Sartans have a unique tolerability profile in all used dosage regimens: a higher dose fails to increase the frequency of adverse effects.
