Аннотация
Плоскоклеточный рак кожи молочной железы является редким агрессивным злокачественным новообразованием с неблагоприятным прогнозом. До настоящего времени в связи с малой численностью заболеваемости не существует единой концепции в комплексном лечении данной патологии. В статье описывается случай пациентки 49 лет после хирургического лечения плоскоклеточного рака кожи молочной железы слева от 2019 г. в анамнезе. После прогрессирования заболевания через 1 год пациентке выполнено удаление опухоли грудной стенки с резекцией III–V ребер, алло- и аутопластикой, подмышечной лимфаденэктомией слева. В большинстве случаев лечением плоскоклеточного рака кожи молочной железы является хирургическое вмешательство, однако роль адъювантной химиотерапии, лучевой терапии и эндокринотерапии все еще неоднозначна.
