Аннотация
Криоаблация рака предстательной железы является минимально инвазивным методом лечения, основанным на уничтожении опухолевых клеток воздействием экстремально низких температур. Несмотря на относительную простоту позиционирования криоигл в целевой области, что делает процедуру менее травматичной, данный подход может иметь ограничения при лечении распространенных форм рака. В настоящее время наряду с эффективностью лечения сохранение высокого качества жизни стало играть значимую роль. Продолжающиеся исследования, как на международном уровне, так и в Российской Федерации, направлены на повышение эффективности криоаблации. Изучение воздействия низких температур на клетки рака предстательной железы ведется в рамках как клинических, так и экспериментальных разработок. В данной статье представлен обзор современных отечественных и зарубежных исследований, выявлены основные ограничения метода и предложены перспективные пути его дальнейшего развития для преодоления существующих барьеров.
