Аннотация
Проведен анализ материала, представленного на международных конференциях по диагностике и лечению агрессивных В-клеточных лимфом в 2024 г.: выделено 13 наиболее ярких и важных событий, которые в будущем могут изменить клиническую практику. Представленные исследования оценивали эффективность новых терапевтических опций диффузной В-крупноклеточной лимфомы как в 1-й линии, так и при рецидиве заболевания. Безусловные фавориты – биспецифические антитела, эффективность и безопасность которых оценивают с различными комбинаторными партнерами с целью формирования оптимальной стратегии использования их на разных этапах терапии. Также выделено 2 наиболее ярких исследования, посвященных CAR T-клеточной терапии.
