Along with simple analgesics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), muscle and epidural block for relief of acute pain are prescribed along with combined vitamins in therapeutic doses. Under most conditions it is not advisable to use one of the B vitamins, and their complex. A combined preparation comprising a part of vitamins B1 (thiamine hydrochloride 100 mg), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride 200 mg), B12 (cyanocobalamin 200 mcg) is Neuromultivit. Based on the number of studies proposed assignment scheme Neuromultivit tablet form of the drug: 1 tablet 3 times a day for 4 weeks; as symptomatic therapy of 1 tablet 3 times daily for 3 weeks. The results of studies on the use of intramuscular injections of vitamin complexes and taking into account the newly developed form Neuromultivit formulation (solution for intramuscular injection), allow us to recommend a two-step approach to pain therapy. On stage I Neuromultivit injection for the relief of acute pain for the prevention of chronicity and recurrence of pain is assigned with a subsequent transition to oral form (II stage).
