In this article we are discussing the aspects of the new classification and diagnosis сhronic cor pulmonale, pulmonary hypertension, change in the structure and function of the right ventricle. Following options were reviewed: hemodynamics in the pulmonary circulation system, diagnosis of precapillary pulmonary hypertension and cardiopulmonary function.
Key words: сhronic cor pulmonale, precapillary pulmonary hypertension, classification of pulmonary hypertension, diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension.
