Сипинг (от англ. sip feeding), или пероральное энтеральное питание (ПЭП), – прием специальных сбалансированных питательных смесей, содержащих протеины, жиры, углеводы (макронутриенты), а также витамины и микроэлементы (микронутриенты), очень маленькими глотками (или через трубочку) медленно (по 100–200 мл/ч).
