Аннотация
В статье представлена история вопроса, понятие ятрогении, возможные негативные последствия взаимодействия врача и пациента в современных условиях. Приводятся основные формы ятрогений (психогенные, госпитальные, ятрогении диагностических процедур, лекарственные и др.). Важное место занимают имплантационные ятрогении (больные с искусственными клапанами сердца, кардиоимплантированными электронными устройствами, коронарными стентами, суставными эндопротезами). Наиболее уязвимыми в отношении развития ятрогений являются больные пожилого и старческого возраста. Подчеркивается междисциплинарность проблемы ятрогении и ее образовательное значение для терапевтов, врачей общей практики, клинических фармакологов, патологоанатомов и др.
