Кашлевой вариант бронхиальной астмы

Аннотация
Кашлевой вариант бронхиальной астмы (КВБА) впервые описан W. Corrao. КВБА определяют как изолированный хронический кашель в качестве единственного симптома бронхиальной астмы (БА), реагирующий на бронходилатационную терапию. Этот фенотип БА связан с гиперреактивностью и эозинофильным воспалением дыхательных путей, положительным ответом на прием бронходилататоров, без типичных проявлений астмы, таких как одышка или свистящее дыхание. Морфологически КВБА имеет общие черты с классическим вариантом БА, такие как эозинофильное воспаление и ремоделирование дыхательных путей. КВБА считается вариантом БА, предшественником классической астмы.
