Аннотация
Представленный случай демонстрирует развитие гломерулонефрита, связанного с генерализованной формой сальмонеллеза. В дебюте заболевания у пациентки отмечался симптомокомплекс, имитирующий картину системной красной волчанки. Биопсия почки позволила поставить правильный диагноз и выбрать оптимальную тактику лечения.
