Реваскуляризация миокарда при стабильной коронарной болезни сердца: показания, реабилитация и лекарственная терапия согласно современным рекомендациям

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с использованием метода реваскуляризации миокарда при стабильной коронарной болезни сердца. Представлены показания к данной процедуре, обсуждается проблема информационности ее для пациентов, проанализированы некоторые положения последних европейских рекомендаций в отношении создания кардиокоманды для совместного ведения пациента. В статье выделены аспекты, касающиеся методов реабилитации и последующего ведения пациента после вмешательства. Обозначена важность применения современного антиагреганта клопидогрела для профилактики сердечно-сосудистых осложнений после эндоваскулярных вмешательств на коронарных артериях.

The paper considers the issues associated with myocardial revascularization used for stable coronary heart disease. It shows indications for this procedure, discusses the problem of its awareness to patients, and analyzes some provisions of the latest European guidelines for forming a heart team for the joint management of the patient. The paper identifies the aspects concerning methods for rehabilitation and further management after surgery. It highlights the importance of using the current antiaggregant clopidogrel to prevent cardiovascular events after endovascular interventions into the coronary arteries.
