Аннотация
Обзор посвящен амлодипину – представителю третьей генерации дигидропиридинов. Амлодипин, считающийся гипотензивным препаратом, обладает широким спектром клинических эффектов, выходящих за рамки гипотензивного воздействия. Показано, что препарат имеет разные плейотропные эффекты, позволяющие использовать его в качестве антиатеросклеротического и органопротективного средства. Представлены данные о благоприятном эффекте амлодипина при патологии, не входящей в группу сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, – синдроме Рейно, мигрени, наклонности к рвоте.
