Аннотация

Послеоперационная боль в горле встречается до 90% случаев при эндотрахеальном наркозе. Это осложнение эндотрахеального наркоза негативно влияет на удовлетворенность пациента и его качество жизни. Все пациенты с болью в горле после интубации трахеи нуждаются в лечении, так как наличие данного симптома указывает на развитие воспалительного процесса в глотке. В статье проанализирована эффективность препарата Стрепсилс® Интенсив в лечении послеоперационной боли в горле. Выявлено, что применение препарата при рассасывании сокращает сроки послеоперационной боли в горле до 3 дней по сравнению с группой сравнения, в которой боль в горле не исчезала к 5-му дню после эндотрахеального наркоза. Стрепсилс® Интенсив хорошо переносится больными, воздействует на фазу альтерации воспалительного процесса, способствует сокращению сроков лечения, уменьшает воспалительные изменения и тем самым приводит к облегчению симптоматики при лечении постинтубационной боли в горле.

Postoperative sore throat occurs up to 90% of cases with complication of endotracheal narcosis. The endotracheal anesthesia can have a negative impact on patient satisfaction and quality of life. All patients with a sore throat after tracheal intubation are in need of treatment, so this symptom indicates the development of inflammation in the throat. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the drug in Strepsils® Intensiv treatment of postoperative pain in the throat. It is found that use of this drug with resorption shortens postoperative sore throat up to 3 days, compared with a comparison group, in which a sore throat did not disappear by day 5 after endotracheal anaesthesia. Strepsils® Intensive is usually well tolerated, and affects per phase alteration of the inflammatory process, reduces treatment time and reduces the inflammatory changes and thereby leads to the alleviation of post-intubation symptoms in the treatment of sore throat.
