Аннотация
Диагностика дерматитов с периваскулярным инфильтратом без вовлечения эпидермиса является одной из самых сложных в дерматопатологии. Оценка состава клеточного инфильтрата и структур рогового слоя могут помочь в выставлении диагноза. В данной статье мы рассмотрим наиболее частые состояния с периваскулярным дерматитом без вовлечения эпидермиса (отрубевидный лишай, эритразма, крапивница, инстициальный тип кольцевидной гранулемы и т.д.).

Perivascular infiltrate without epidermal involvement is one of the most difficult patterns in dermatopathology. Evaluation of cellular infiltrate, stratum corneum structures may assist in the diagnosis. In this article we review the most common conditions with this pattern (pityriasis versicolor, erythrasma, urticaria, interstitial granuloma annulare etc.).
