Анализ ретроспективных данных результатов микробиологического обследования больных атопическим дерматитом

Brief information about the role of Staphylococcus aureus in the maintenance and development of the exacerbations of atopic dermatitis. Presents retrospective survey data of the microbiological profile of rinse affected skin and mucous cavity of the throat and nasopharynx, obtained from patients with atopic dermatitis for the period 2006–2013. It was found that the most frequently identified microorganism was S. aureus, which were found in 73.3% of cases as a monoculture. Analysis of species composition of the microbiota, with the affected skin of patients with atopic dermatitis for 4 biennial interval. Reflected data spectrum antibacterial sensitivity of the isolated strains of S. aureus. The high resistance to erythromycin of 29.3% and doksitziklino 23.1 per cent, was allocated 8.3% of oxacillinases strains of S. aureus. Sensitivity to gentamicin was 88.3% and 3.6% of intermediate strains. The greatest sensitivity S. aureus during the study period observed to fluoroquinolones II generation (ciprofloxacin – 95.4%, to levofloxacin – 97.8%) and fuzidieva acid (91.2 per cent).
