Аннотация
В работе рассмотрены отдельные вопросы патогенеза атопического дерматита (АтД), подробно описаны клиническая картина в разные возрастные периоды, подходы к терапии АтД в острой фазе. Предложена схема терапии с использованием мази Такропик®, подтвержденная собственным опытом. Данная схема снижает количество рецидивов и увеличивает межрецидивные периоды, позволяет осуществлять контроль за течением АтД.
