The article considers selected issues of pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis, described the clinical picture at different ages, approaches to treatment of atopic dermatitis in the acute phase. The proposed scheme of treatment using ointment Takropik®. This scheme reduces the number of relapses and increases interrecurrent periods, enables control of the course of atopic dermatitis.
