The article presents a modern view on pathogenesis of disorders of the skin barrier in atopic dermatitis. The maintenance of the pathological process is often linked to improper skin care, purpose moisturizers, not suitable in severe dry skin. Describes the requirements for modern medical cosmetics for patients with atopic dermatitis, the results of the research of Atoderm in patients with atopic dermatitis.
