Сегодня самое пристальное внимание в настоящее время уделяется внепищеводным симптомам гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ), которые требуют своевременной диагностики и коррекции. В статье рассматриваются клиническая взаимосвязь ГЭРБ и бронхиальной астмы, патогенетические механизмы развития бронхиальной астмы на фоне ГЭРБ, особенности диагностики и влияние терапии ГЭРБ на течение бронхиальной астмы.
