Лечение послеоперационных грыж брюшной стенки представляет серьезную проблему в связи со сложностью хирургической техники закрытия грыжевых ворот, особенно больших и гигантских размеров. Хотя существует около 200 способов пластики брюшной стенки при вентральных грыжах, частота развития рецидивов после различных операций достигает 60%. Даже при использовании эндопротезов частота рецидивов колеблется в широких пределах и может превышать 30%. Отсутствие единства мнений об используемых эндопротезах и методах их имплантации ставит ряд вопросов, нуждающихся в разрешении.
The treatment of postoperative abdominal wall hernias is a serious problem due to the complexity of the surgical technique of closing hernial ring, especially large and giant sizes. Although there are 200 ways of plastics in the abdominal wall in ventral hernias, the incidence of recurrence after various operations reaches 60%. Even with the use of endoprostheses recurrence rate varies widely and can exceed 30%. The lack of consensus on the methods used Implants and implantation raises a number of issues that need to be resolved.
