Назальные деконгестанты – средства с высокой эффективностью в отношении отека слизистой оболочки полости носа любой этиологии. Однако их применение сопряжено с рядом побочных эффектов и нежелательных явлений (цито- и цилиотоксическое действие, системные симпатомиметические эффекты, эффект «рикошета», психологическая зависимость). С целью повышения профиля безопасности препаратов данной фармакологической группы обосновано применение комбинированных средств, включающих a2-адреномиметики и декспантенол. Приведен анализ экспериментальных и клинических исследований данной комбинации лекарственных веществ.
Nasal decongestants are means with high efficacy against edema of nasal mucosa of any etiology. However, their use is associated with a number of side effects and adverse events (cyto- and cyliotoxic action, systemic sympathomimetic effects, effect of "rebound" psychological dependence). In order to improve the safety profile of drugs in this pharmacological group it is quite justified to use the combined resources, including a2-adrenoceptor agonists and dexpanthenol. The analysis of experimental and clinical studies of this combination of drugs is presented below.
