Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются концепция хронической недостаточности церебрального кровообращения, проявляющейся прогрессирующим многоочаговым расстройством функций головного мозга разной степени выраженности, результаты экспериментальных и клинических исследований экстракта гинкго билоба, доказавших возможность препарата быстро и эффективно влиять на различные звенья патогенеза когнитивных нарушений.
