Аннотация

В статье приведены наиболее распространенные дерматологические проявления глютен-чувствительной энтеропатии, своевременная диагностика которых важна для практикующего врача-гастроэнтеролога. Авторы приводят собственные клинические наблюдения и анализируют опыт мировой периодической литературы по значимости отдельных кожных проявлений как возможных диагностических маркеров целиакии. В статье даны простые клинические описания кожных проявлений целиакии, полезные для практикующего врача – гастроэнтеролога и терапевта.

Ключевые слова: целиакия, кожные проявления, глютеновая энтеропатия.

The article discusses the most frequent dermatological manifestations of gluten enteropathy, prompt diagnosis of which plays a significant role for practicing gastroenterologists in disease management. The authors report their own clinical observations and analyze the published literature on clinical relevance of specific skin manifestationsas diagnostic markers for coeliac disease. The article provides simple description of skin manifestations of coeliac disease that will be useful for practicing physicians and gastroenterologists.
