При хронической болезни почек часто отмечается развитие легочной гипертензии. Генез ее многофакторный, связанный со структурно-функциональными изменениями сердца и факторами, индуцируемыми уремией. В статье обсуждаются факторы риска, подходы к терапии и прогноз легочной гипертензии при хронической болезни почек.
Pulmonary hypertension is highly prevalent in сhronic kidney disease (CKD). The pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension in CKD is complex and may be induced by left ventricular disorders and "uremic" risk factors. The article is discussed prognosis and therapeutic potential in patients with CKD.
