В обзорной статье изложены имеющиеся сведения о влиянии алкоголя на органы дыхания. Особое внимание уделено механизмам повреждающего воздействия алкоголя, морфологическим изменениям в легких, описаны особенности течения ряда заболеваний органов дыхания у лиц, избыточно потребляющих алкоголь. Даны рекомендации по формированию адекватной лечебно-диагностической тактики.
The review article presents the available information about the influence of alcohol on the respiratory system. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms of damaging effects of alcohol, morphological changes in the lungs, describes the features of a number of respiratory diseases in persons who overuse alcohol. Recommendations on the formation of adequate diagnostic and treatment tactics are given.
