Аннотация
В работе приводятся данные о нарушении микроциркуляции при розацеа и его влиянии на течение заболевания. Рассмотрены разные терапевтические подходы к лечению розацеа с учетом сосудистых изменений. Описан собственный опыт применения ангиопротекторов в комплексной терапии данной дерматологической патологии.
