В работе приводятся данные о нарушении микроциркуляции при розацеа и его влиянии на течение заболевания. Рассмотрены разные терапевтические подходы к лечению розацеа с учетом сосудистых изменений. Описан собственный опыт применения ангиопротекторов в комплексной терапии данной дерматологической патологии.

The paper presents data on the violation of microcirculation in rosacea and its influence on the course of the disease. Different therapeutic approaches to the treatment of rosacea taking into account vascular changes are considered. The authors describe their own experience of using angioprotectors in the complex therapy of this dermatological pathology.
