Аннотация
В статье подробно описан клинический случай зерновой чесотки у жителей мегаполиса. Приведены фотографии, анамнестические клинические данные, результаты клинико-лабораторных исследований и дифференциальный диагноз. В связи с тем что зерновая чесотка редко встречается в практике врача-дерматовенеролога, это обусловливает повышенный интерес специалистов к данному заболеванию.

The clinical case of grain scabies is in detail described in residents of the megalopolis. Photos, anamnestic features, results of clinical laboratory researches and differential diagnosis are provided. This disease is seldom found in practice of the dermatovenereologist, that’s why it poses great interest for specialists.
